- 125 grams of flour

- Sprinkle some flour on your hands and flatten the 8 to 10 portions into round disks. Then place the apricots in the middle and wrap the dough around the apricot so that it becomes a real dumpling. Make sure that the apricot is properly enclosed and that there are no openings.
- Then carefully place the dumplings in the boiling water and let them cook for 10 minutes until the dumplings are done and float to the surface.
- Melt some butter in a frying pan and fry the breadcrumbs mixed with some cinnamon.
- When the dumplings are ready, quickly roll them in the fried breadcrumbs.
- Sprinkle icing sugar over the Marillenknödel and enjoy.
